We went in because we bought our last car at Nelson and we were happy with the salesman and the service department. We were looking for a used car but didn't see anything we liked so Darren showed us the new cars. We told him our "must haves" and he found a car that met all our needs. The car had just been delivered the evening before and wasn't even on the lot yet. Nevertheless Darren brought the car around and we loved it. We worked out the deal and told Darren that we would pick it up the next day. Darren and the finance person had the paperwork ready when we went in and Darren went through the car with us explaining all the features. An excellent experience!!

With the Great Customer Focus that Nelson Ford has, theres NO other place I would rather do business with. The Sales Staff is Number One in my book. Darrin, my Sales Rep is top knotch and Focused on doing what he can to make sure that the Customer Experience is what it should be. The Finance Department is Excellent as well as the Sevice Dept. If something isn't right the Service Department has always made sure that the Customer is taken care of. That has been my experience with them. I have had several Company Vehicles Serviced at Nelson Ford as well as have puchaced 4 cars from them over the years. There is something to be said for a returning customer. There are alot of options out there these days and theres a reason why I keep coming back to Nelson Ford. They Are Focused on the Customer and treating them the way it should be. Its been my experience that theres no other place I would rather go than to Nelson Ford.
