Thank you to Travis and Justin for providing us with excellent sales service both online and in-store, and to Alex for processing the paperwork so quickly so we could get on the road. From the online contact with Justin to the follow through with Travis to the loan process with Alex, you all did an great job and made us feel like you wanted our business and this was about us and not you. I loved that when we showed up the vehicle was ready to take out on the road for a test drive and we didn't have to give our life history to just be able to see a vehicle. I believe they are about the customer and not themselves. I loved that Travis connected with who we are and our personalities, made us laugh and managed to come in with a price we could afford. I loved that there was no messing around when we wanted to be in and out. But I am sure if you want the experience to take longer they would accommodate, they know how to read the customer.
